Standard delivery estimates:
- Melbourne Metro: 1 - 3 business days
- Australia-wide: 5 - 10 business days
- International: 10 - 21 business days, depending on location
2. Shipping Costs
Free shipping in Melbourne metro.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Items classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) under transport regulations
- Palletised shipments requiring a truck with a hydraulic/power tailgate

4. Order Changes and Cancellation

Claims for lost deliveries must be submitted within 30 days to info@oilstore.com.au from dispatch day.
