Refund policy

1. Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, free from stains, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom blended oils or special orders
  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@oilstore.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Await confirmation and return authorization from our team. Returns must be shipped to the address provided in our reply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged. Refunds via bank transfer may take longer to process than other payment methods.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, notify us within 5 days of delivery. Please include photos and a brief description so we can arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement.

5. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to error from our end.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once packed and processed at our warehouse, cancellation may not be possible. For urgent amendments contact us immediately at (03) 9555 7510

7. Change of Mind

"Change of mind” returns require prior approval and may be subject to eligibility checks.

8. Returns Address

Returns must be sent to our Melbourne warehouse once authorized. This address will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
